Gary is very knowledgeable about a lot of car parts and repairs and he truly cares about his customers. His prices are fair and accurate. He is very honest and will not rip anyone off. My family has been going to this business for years and have never had a problem with the quality of work or parts. I wouldn't trust anyone else around the area.
Spoke with the owner, Gary. Very nice guy. I purchased a rebuilt starter and have had no issues. Although I'm sure if I had Gary would make it right. Will absolutely be going to him with any future alternator or starter needs in the future. Would highly recommend.
It’s rare to come across people, much less business owners like Gary. He genuinely treats his customers like he’s known you for years, even when you first meet. He’s honest dependable and just overall a delight to do business with. And goes above and beyond when he really doesn’t have to and wouldn’t be expected to. Genuinely don’t know the last time I met a business owner that you just felt like you wanted to root for so much. Send him ALL your alternator business because he deserves it and you’ll be so glad you did.
Gary is a good man, I don't think I've ever been around a business owner and operator that has his knowledge and his kindness, Gary leads by example and that's so hard to find these days. I would never think about using anyone else, these guys are fair, very fair. If they can't source a new one, they will make your old one new. Fast, friendly, and fair experts, all you could ever ask for in a buisness. Testimony to having pride in your work, I dropped off an alternator covered in yellow paint and dirt from a 20 year old stump grinder, and this rebuild is clean enough you can eat off of. They understood the nessecisty of downtime and gave me a surprising product.
