Thank you for another amazing breakfast with Santa!! The food is always amazing, the staff is always welcoming, and the ambiance is always magical! We have been coming here for years and we are NEVER disappointed!
Went for Thanksgiving Buffet. Was disappointed since we went back because last year was awesome. For the price we paid we we're suprised that The food was always out when we went up to get our meal. There was no Bloody Mary Bar this year and the mimosas were served at the table with no fruit for them. The desserts we're minimal. A disappointing meal. Guess we will stay home next year for Thanksgiving.
I can't blame the servers or workers, they where friendly and tried, but food was just average, that wasn't stuffing, the wait for turkey to come out from the kitchen was 10 to 15 minutes when the trays were out, and what the hell was the tiny 1 inch by 1.5 inch pumpkin pie?????? I thought the place had changed but it hasn't gotten better in the past 5 years.
Had thanksgiving day brunch...it was horrible...they were running out of food...the food they did have was cold...only thing that was served hot was the omelet and crepe station....they ran out of turkey...plates...after waiting a very long time for the turkey it was lunch meat turkey that was chopped into hunks... many unhappy patrons today....the lines were very long...we were sat late for our reservations...I feel horrible for the staff that had to deal with all the unhappy patrons...we will probably never return there ag... read more
