The optometrists at 1001 Hornsby always do an accurate and thorough examination. My last appointment was to also perform a full dilation examination in addition to the usual examination, and they went above and beyond to accommodate this additional request into their busy schedule. Their efficiency in providing reports, glasses and notifications is always fantastic. I can highly recommend them as I have only had good experiences there.
Ivy was extremely helpful and made my first experience getting multi-focal lenses easy.
Great service from Ivy and April! They were friendly, professional and made the whole process easy. I was told my new glasses would take about three weeks, but they arrived in less than one week. They messaged me as soon as they were ready for collection. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a tote bag as a gift which was a very nice touch. I'm very happy with my new glasses and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
