Rajaa, Madison and the whole leasing office team have been awesome in accommodating any issues or requests that we’ve had. The maintenance team is very speedy with service requests and the front desk staff is always friendly, responsive, and ready to help out when needed. Living here was fine until final move out. They charge you for absolutely everything: Bleach Tub: $40. If there is 1 spot on the carpet, they replace the entire carpet and charge you $400 upon move out. This is absolutely ridiculous and cheap carpet replacement should be included in the turnover operating expense of a rental unit. If they waive the security deposit, just know upon move out you can expect to pay $400 for the carpet as the carpet is white and even for a clean tidy person such as myself, it must be replaced bef... read more

Absolutely terrible! Pulled boarderline fraudulent activities against my roommate and I! Feel free to contact me via private messages if you would like to know the real details of living here! Yes it's fancy and nice but they have a problem filling up the apartment building for a reason, constantly having more tenants move out than move in! I wonder why??!?
Doug and I have loved living here since it opened. Excellent management team, superb maintenance, fun community events and wonderful neighbors. Breathtaking views! Fabulous, high-end finishes! Great, well-maintained amenities. 24-HOUR CONCIERGE!!! 1000 Speer by Windsor is a great place to call home. LUV living here!
