I have had an amazing experience here at 1000 Spalding homes. Fatima Yusuf has provided exceptional service and made sure all I needed for stay s completed in a timely manner. She is a lovely individual and Posses great customer skills in her role of expertise. I do appreciate all her hard work and service. Overall, all the other staff have been great as well! I do appreciate and loving my stay here for two and half years now. Thank Staff! Continue the great work Fatima!!!!
We have lived here for almost two years. The property has continued to get worse with the change in management. About a month ago we started getting cockroaches. I have put in 3 requests for them to come take care of it and nothing has been done. My fiancé finds dead cockroaches in his shoes and we find live ones everyday. It is unacceptable for the price we pay. I will be contacting corporate and we cannot wait to move out when our lease is up (we would break our lease if it didn't harm us in trying to buy a house).
