Well that star is a mistake. If he tells you have to give 30 day written notice to break your lease ask Gary if you get money back. He will not give me my deposited or 3 of the 6 months rent I paid in advance back. He just says this don't make your credit look good. I would say he took advantage of a 61 yr old disable lady.
