This place is very nice
This building is a great location, and amazing views. However fair warning to those who may apply. The Greystar conglomerate acquired this building a couple years back and have consistently degraded the overall experience incrementally since.
We love our apartment and the location, but we have been frustrated with the lack of action on behalf of management to fix the elevator. The building’s primary elevator has been out of service for over four months, and now the secondary service elevator is also down. This creates real challenges for residents—especially those on higher floors including ourselves, and raises accessibility and safety concerns.
