I LOVED living at 100 Park. There were two different managers while I was here, and both were extremely helpful and hard-working. The entire staff is so friendly and nice and do whatever they can to make your living experience the best it can be. In addition to the wonderful staff, the pool is very nice and there's starbucks coffee in the lobby which is awesome. This was the first place I've ever lived by myself, and I always felt safe. Wonderful wonderful place to live.
Love the amenities and cleanliness. The employees are super helpful and friendly. This is 21+ community, there is a noise curfew, they have studios-2 bedrooms, there is gated parking garage, beverage station, gym, pool, courtyard, and elevators that work nicely. My only complaints are there is someone that is blasting music around 8AM every morning and I wish there were some events hosted by management.
