Overall good experience here. I went in to try the $21 “new patient special”. I got some good information and the staff was kind and helpful. My only complaint is… Along with the $21 special, I should have received an hour-long massage / appointment with a doctor. I must have been forgotten about because I didn’t end up getting it Other than that, great staff, everyone was very kind and helpful.
I heard my dad was going here and was hoping he'd get real help for his neck pain but it quickly became clear they were more interested in selling him expensive packages than actually treating him. They pressured him into signing up for things he didn’t need, and barely explained anything. It’s frustrating to watch someone you care about get taken advantage of. Avoid this place. (I will retract this negative review if they do right by my dad and honor his request to refund his purchase.)
This place feels more like a scammy sales operation than a legitimate healthcare provider. Be very cautious. Do your research and don’t fall for the pressure. There are honest chiropractors out there — this just isn’t one of them.
Chiropractic gave me my life back. I don’t have the dizziness I used to or the really bad anxiety. I am much calmer and enjoy coming now to get my adjustment. They are so encouraging and helpful! Everyone from the front desk to the chiropractors. When I first came I was so anxious and they met me where I was at and were so gentle with me. Thank you Audrey for talking to me about coming! I love it here
