Bought shoes as a gift for my great-grandmother. She tried the shoes there but went back home and felt uncomfortable when she was about to wear them. She Accidentally tossed the receipt out since there's "no store name" on it.. went back the following Saturday (7 days to be exact) to exchange for a different size (not return but EXCHANGE) and the "assistant manager " wouldn't exchange the same shoes for another size due to no receipt. That's BS! ���

Just despicable. Horrible service. Possible mob relations.
Very disappointed with their social media strategy and customer relations. When prompted about fast fashion's impact, they unprofessionally and inappropriately responded (using expletives, etc.). I am very disappointed and would never shop here. I recommend a message from leadership to explain this extremely poor showing of customer service, and an answer to how "ethical" their sourcing is.
Customer service told a friend of mine to "go f*** yourself" after an honest inquiry into $10Rack's suspect business practices. STAY AWAY.
