Poor social media strategy and questionable retail ethics. Suggestion for this company would be to implement a better online customer service/social media strategist and align themselves with more ethical business practices. Until then--stay away from a company that treats concerned customers like nuisances.
This place sucks. Promotes immoral foreign labor practices then tells customers to go f**k themselves when confronted about it. A truly classy business!
