My friend went to get an inspection and he just needed some stuff to be done in order to pass the inspection which they told him they can do it, while waiting we seen one of the guys getting the tires off the vehicle and putting the new ones in, never seen one of them balance the tires before putting them on. Before running the state Inspection, our certified state inspector approached you in a kindly manner saying you need two tires and two bulbs in order to pass inspection. This is the worst tire shop in Dallas, DO NOT GO THERE, I bought two tire and two bulbs and an inspection from those guys, 2 hours after they put the tires on my car, I was driving on the highway and one of the tires busted without any reason, they don’t check their tires, they do a horrible job, they didn’t even did balance to the new tires, and when I went back to tell them about what happened he said that it’s not his fault and he didn’t even offered to replace the tire, be careful people THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOI... read more

If you want an oil change or your fluids checked, this is your place; however if your vehicle requires in-depth engine work i would advise you to take it somewhere else. The on duty mechanic incorrectly installed a waterpump on my car and then told me that the reason it was still leaking was I needed to spend 220 dollars on a new part. I took my car home and had to install the pump correctly myself. When I took the car back to them with no leaks and asked for a refund I was Met with a "tough-luck resistance.
