I love ZUMBA CLASS with Kevin aka Mr J! High intensity cardio coupled with strength training, & core focus... continuously incorporating new moves & music to keep the classes fun & result worthy! ���
RecommendedKevin’s 4:45 Zumba class at Northwest is the best! Perfect time, fun moves, and Kevin is a great instructor! Really great work out for just 45 mins of your time. If you can check it out do it ASAP! 💃🏻
I’ve been going to the Northwest 10 Gym location for over a year now and the best part are the classes. Especially Zumba with Kevin. If you can, make sure you catch one of his classes during the week (M-W @ 4:45 PM). I love his energy and his song selection. An amazing instructor who makes sure that you’ll have a fun workout :)
Friendly staff and the gyms super clean. Plus, all the equipments working unlike Golds, where it seems like something’s always broken
Has many amenities to fit all fitness levels from beginners to advance there is something there for you!
