My daughter has not been to this gym in over a year because she attends a university out of state (Pennsylvania). I was told when I called twice to freeze the account so I will not be charge the monthly fees until her membership expires. Hello Roselli, We do not automatically renew any memberships after the initial one year contract period is expired. Once the contract is over, members go to a month to month membership that can be canceled anytime with no penalty. Memberships within their initial contract period do not continue to count down if frozen. If you have three months left on your membership then freeze your membership for three months. They lied and cheated me out of money. Understand that if you go here, sign up for a membership, and place it on hold; be prepared for another charge on your account even though they smiled at you and told you otherwise.
