They increase my rent about $30 per quarter. The place is not monitored by anyone. Cameras are visibly broken off buildings. The main gate has been out of service for months and remains open at all times. People live in there. There is evidence of iv drug use and firearms on the property. Everything is run by AI and nobody from 10 Federal will reply to my calls and messages. I'm sure they take no responsibly for anything either. Boooo!
Great facility and supper easy to rent and then access unit. I was able to look up and find the unit I wanted fill out a quick couple questions and add a payment to complete purchase in under 5 minutes.As soon as payment was made I received a gate code as well as my free lock code so I could access my unit right away even tho it was 3 am

Safe, reasonable priced and easy access for the people that don't have lots of time... They are really a great and professional business. Come to 10 Federal storage for ur extra needed space.
