I originally set up the rental through the website. I was given the wrong gate code for the address I was told the unit was at. I had to call several different times to finally get someone on the phone that half way spoke English that I could understand. When I finally got the correct address for the unit and got there the lock was cut off and the unit had trash and bags of clothes in it and the paneling was removed so someone could get in the unit FFF18 from the unit FFF19 that I had rented.
