Great building. Very convenient we were able to do everything online.
From the communication from start to finish of setting up my rental units to hitting a surf bump, to rectifying some concerns I had, the experience was genuine & helpful.
Very nice facility, overall clean and neat. We did see some bugs, all of them dead. I couldn't get the outside door to close when I left, it seemed stuck open. This is the only place I have rented that doesn't provide courtesy carts for customers to use in loading/unloading, that's the main reason for only 4 stars.
Reserved a storage unit online. Showed up with my uhaul on Saturday morning at 6:30am and the gate code they gave me doesn’t work. Now I have to sit around for 4 hours while I wait for their office to open. Thanks!
