The best high-tech secure storage facility I’ve ever used extremely clean and accessible. Customer service was over the top. I would highly recommend this company and storage facility.‼️
Just moved in this weekend and everything went great! I had all the information I needed before I arrived to get into the gate and my storage unit. It was clean and easy to access.
It is super easy to rent a storage unit from10 federal storage! Everything is done online, and you can use your phone to access the facility. Also ot is super clean in there!
Filled out registration form online and promptly received all necessary info to access our storage unit, including a map! Thirty minutes later we were loading our unit. Very easy access, clean units, all around easiest and nicest unit we ever rented.
They are contradicting liars. They state on their webpage that they offer"controlled air units." It's stated that it's safe to store medications that need to be air controlled, that pictures and furniture can be stored safely without the concern of damaging temperatures. I had found out over 2 months time, and several visits later, that the facility allows the "air," to be controlled at "cool, 80.°" Ummmm.... Cool is NOT 80°.
