Super simple and easy for my girlfriend Madalen to get a unit and when we had issues with the code at the gate, the customer service fixed that issue with impeccable timing. Happy customer here!!
Be prepared to repair your tires at this location, almost every time I go in there I pick up staples nails, and other various non tire friendly items. It seems they occasionally clean, but it's as if they use a leaf blower. And there are no seals or dust protectors on the units with regular doors. So large amounts of dust and organic debris are blasted into the unit. I had a lot of items ruined due to being exposed to the elements. Find another place if you value your possessions. Extremely easy to understand the process, it took me less than 10 minutes to get everything signed up and finalized. Would definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone!
My experience with 10 federal has been very smooth. Everything is very straightforward in there website and very easy to fill out. With fast response.
My only issue was the gate code but im great now.
