Used this facility for a couple years. Nice, clean and secure. Good camera coverage. Wish it was still managed locally, but I was still able to get all my problems resolved with their call center
It was nice to have all thr paper work done with no issues. Simple application online, push sub.it and within 2 minutes had their response with all my information for the storage.
10 Federal is an amazing storage facility with 24 hour access, which is very convenient, the place is always kept clean, the guy that walk around, I believe is in charge of like 9 facilities just himself, but you couldn't tell because he stays on top of things. I've never spoken with him myself, but I have heard from others that he is very polite and helpful, abd does everything a person could expect of a person in his position, and he does it with a good attitude.
