Latest update : they agreed to verify on their own that the unit is empty, so I think it's all good, that they won't insist on charging me since I moved out. Hence I updated my review from 1 star to 4 star. 4 star they deserve because the facility is good, the storage space is solid and access is easy. I did not like the bait of free rent and then cheap rent but lack of disclosure for the obviously planned increases. Easy to sign up and pay
Super easy to get a unit as well as get access to your unit . Haven't noticed any rodents or bugs . Grounds around facility kept clean. I'd rent here again .
