Very convenient
I signed up for an offer for 2 months free than $25 per month. Found out once signed up that it did not include the technology fee. So my payments were $40. Now I just received an email with only 30 day notice that my rate will increase to $70. No explanations provided. In other words : we think we got you hooked and we are going to try to bully you into keep this storage here. So this is an abusive and dishonest business practice, I will move out.
Super quick and easy to get a unit rented from and the family is CLEAN and SAFE
The online sign up and access was quick and easy.
I have enjoyed every part of the renting process, to move in and even switching storage units. I would recommend this place over and over. Couldn't be happier!
