Had a difficult time getting an email to confirm my rental and also was charged a technology fee I was not told about. Did get a lock and a free month on a one year rental.

The process was smooth other than confirmation email going to my spam folder. Everything else was great!
Quick easy and convenient
Most of their reviews are from when this property was owned by a small business (that was fantastic). When they sold the property to 10Fed, in less than 6 months, my unit went from $35/m to $65/m to now $100/m for a 5x10. Look elsewhere, you can get a larger unit for the same price at Public Storage, Extra Space Storage, Piney Grove Storage, etc. If 10Fed has deals running, their prices will eventually go up substantially. I highly recommend seeking out another facility.
