Whatever you do, do not rent here. As you will learn this is a completely online company, but what is worse is that its gone almost to all A.I. Bots, you can't reach a real person if you have any issues. My pre-issued lock didnt work from the start and I couldnt get any live person to help me, consider that when you're sitting there with a full Uhaul truck and no way to unload it.
Been trying to pay my daughter's storage for days now. They want to send codes to verify my identity. My daughter called and tried to speak with a representative which is impossible they finally call her back two days later and she tells them to put me on there as an authorized representative and I still can't pay the bill they keep wanting to send codes this is ridiculous you need to have some way to contact somebody a live agent this is unacceptable
