They have a security problem. We have tried to store our camper there twice and each time it is broken in to.

Very easy online process with searching for what I needed and paying for the unit.
We received a message stating that a pipe had burst and that we needed to come and get our stuff. This message was sent a day AFTER the deadline. We were never able to even attempt to see what out of our stuff was salvagable. Afterwards, the management claimed they were sending a form to fill out for the insurance.
