This place is a disaster. Rented a unit a couple months ago because i needed storage for my Amazon business. Its advertised as "climate controlled". Well it is BS, the AC doesn't work and all the Candles I am storing there have been destroyed. It is hotter inside then it is outside, so imagine what it was like during that heat wave at the end of June. Also the entrance door to the building that is close to my unit, stopped working so I have to walk an extra 150ft to get to my unit.
Very pleased with 10 Federal storage. We rented and did not have enough room. Had to call and quickly get another unit. They were great accommodating us. In just a few minutes had another unit close to the first one. Will use them again. They are a little pricey. Gotta clean out units quick.
Customer service was so friendly and patient with answering all my questions
Rental process was smooth and the agents were very helpful. Access and moving in was easy. Solved extra combination lock quickly.
