Booked everything online, was very easy. Had a hard time figuring out how to get into the building at first as there was no attendant but once we got in, no issues at all and good price!

Very friendly and curious employees. Fast service. Easy to use website. Nice clean facility. Easy access. My only complaint is charging so much for insurance, not being able to choose how much insurance you want to get and maintenance fees.

This place is a disaster. Rented a unit a couple months ago because i needed storage for my Amazon business. Its advertised as "climate controlled". Well it is BS, the AC doesn't work and all the Candles I am storing there have been destroyed. It is hotter inside then it is outside, so imagine what it was like during that heat wave at the end of June. Also the entrance door to the building that is close to my unit, stopped working so I have to walk an extra 150ft to get to my unit.
