We received a message stating that a pipe had burst and that we needed to come and get our stuff. This message was sent a day AFTER the deadline. We were never able to even attempt to see what out of our stuff was salvagable. Afterwards, the management claimed they were sending a form to fill out for the insurance. Booked everything online, was very easy. Had a hard time figuring out how to get into the building at first as there was no attendant but once we got in, no issues at all and good price!
