Outstanding customer service and prices!
Fails to return calls. Customer service overseas, location not secure. Had unit broken into and over $10k items stolen. Gate has been open for weeks and people living in containers. Company doesn't care and police have responded several times but no reply from 10 federal.
We do not have to worry about our camper being stored at Federal 10. We love having it in a covered spot to keep it out of the elements.
Called to register new debit card for monthly draft. Alex was very nice, pleasant and very professional in this process. It was a simple process for me and an enjoyable experience. I give Alex a 10!
