I would NOT rent from this company. The roll up doors stick and are very hard to lift up. The gate sometimes glitches and you can get stuck inside their fence. Yes I know from personal experience as it happened to someone on Thanksgiving day when I was there. He had to jump the fence and call the fire department to help get his vehicle out of there because 10 Federal storage doesn't have real people to help in situations like these. Over the years I rented alot of storage units... but by far this was one of the easiest process ever. From renting to signing my agreement lease. Plus customer service is top notch. If I had to recommend anybody looking to rent a storage unit this facility would be number #1. Thanks again 10 Federal Storage 👍
