Unit was secure, well lit and had plenty of space available. Easy process to move in, get gate codes and move out. Only downfall is it’s impossible to speak to a real person-ever. Everything is automated and when you have specific questions you are instructed to leave a message and someone will return your call, unfortunately after four different attempts and no one ever returned my phone calls.
I like the self-service aspect of 10 Federal. It would be good if you could see the orientation of your unit on a map, though. In the end, I talked to someone and did online registration. The place is modern and clean, well-gated, so all good.
The C/S Agent "Javier" was very kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. He was so helpful.
