Pretty decent storage facility 24/7 access is great. However, I have 3 issues that are really annoying. First thing is there is about a 12” step from the door down to the pavement. Then the pavement doesn’t extend to the door and has about 24” of grass and dirt between the door and the pavement. Finally one of my 2 units smells like a feed store and cannot store anything that’s going inside my house in there unless I want my house to smell like farm animal food.
Agent was able to effectively solve my problem.
