Will not do this again won a storage in the auction, 2 days ago called the same day to set up a time. Come get the stuff. They took money out of my account and 2 days later. I had to call back again. I had to leave my name and number wait for a phone call again and I got 72 hours to get my stuff out and have it cleaned for them Or I have to pay and I'm over a hour away at work till 5 and was off yesterday so someone needs give me what money yall done took out of my account back

This place is nasty. Got the homeless living in the units. I reserved a unit and it had a leak so they moved me to another unit. Long story short whoever did the change didn't put it thru. I was paying for a empty unit they moved someone in my unit that he assigned me to. Never saw my stuff again. Never got a management to call me bk. So that God for insurance bc I will get this handled. They could never figure it out.

Horrible organization, I get calls every day from someone new trying to resolve the same issues that I then have to reexplain. I was charged late fees every month with autopay. I called to resolve this error, but given poor organization and efficiency, I have effectively spent far more on renting a 5x5 storage unit than I should have had to. Editing this review August 11.
