Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! Three times they repaired and three times it breaks!! They made us pay for the parts and one week later, its broke again and they want more money!!! After waiting a week for the part each time, the wrong part comes in every time!! We have made multiple trips, 20 miles each way for them to not have it ready or tell us the part was defective and yet they are not at fault for it not working properly!!! I'm very frustrated and disappointed in customer service!!

Have been using 10,000 cellphones on Normandy since they opened years ago. Awesome service and always love going to see the great deals!! I would suggest to anyone if your looking for a new cell phone for a great price or even need your cell phone/ipod/tablet fixed to check them out.
