They have Excellent service and they fixed my daughters phone at a reasonable price.
Worst customer service. Quoted $100 for screen repair over the phone. Went to the store a few hours later, and was quoted $150. I told them I was quoted $100 by Dom. The guy up front checked, and told me that was a misquote, and they couldn't honor that price. Normally, in order to keep a customer, I'd think you would honor the price even if it was wrong. After trying to get the original price honored and failing, I asked if they'd meet me halfway at $125 to make everyone happy. That too was rejected. Left the store, went to... read more
