"Please read this post before you go here" Received an oil change at a neighboring mechanic. He accidentally dented my driver side door when he backed the car out of the shop. I took the car to Number 1 USA auto body shop at his recommendation. My car was fixed no problems. 3 days later there was a major rain storm & afterwards I heard water sloshing around at the bottom of my door every time I breaked and accelerated. My wife was driving to pick me up and became victim of a hit and run. Your insurance does not cover damage to the car, so I was stuck going out of pocket. This was not minor damage either, as the front door wouldn't shut. Andrew quoted me a price and stuck to it. That was not the best part though, it went above and beyond with his team and painted a few areas that had not even been discussed. I took care of my headlights. People like this are very rare in this city, and I'm very grateful to have had my work done there.
