John from 1 Tom plumber is the best. He came out Saturday morning to drive 2 hours to look at the hot water at our Air bnb in Soda Springs. He fixed the issue that was coming from our tankless water heater in a matter of less than 20 minutes. It's not easy finding a plumber that will come to that area, but he showed up after his sons soccer game and it meant everything to my husband and I. My renters appreciated it as well. Will definitely use them again.

1 Tom plumber was great. My water heater went out and John came out and gave me a quote on Friday afternoon. Since I was in South lake and the water heater was only available in reno. We setup an appointment Monday afternoon to get it swapped. He showed up Monday afternoon and removed the old 1 and got the new 1 in all by himself, which is underneath my house and has an 32in by 48in door. He got it installed but it had a faulty gas valve. 1 Tom plumber was amazing. I called because my 3 year old clogged my toilet on Saturday evening and an hour later John showed up and was extremely pleasant, and professional. It took him a bit but he got the toilet unclogged just in time for our company to arrive from out of town. Will definitely use them again.
I called 1 Tom plumber to get a quote for Moen Flo water monitoring system. They sent out John and he was super knowledgeable and very helpful. He gave me a quote and I accepted. After it was installed and working properly he spent the time to walk me through the app and showed me how to operate it from the app. I wish I could give more stars for John, he was amazing and extremely helpful.
