Excellent service
Our basement flooded after a storm and Eric showed up the same day we called and began the remediation. He did the dry-out, carpet repair, and steam clean--all in less than a week. Everything is back to normal and the carpet looks (and smells) great. His prices are very reasonable, he's a hard worker, and a nice guy too. Did I mention he does a better job at steam cleaning than this company who's initials are S.S.? We're definitely hiring him again for our next carpet cleaning!
Great company. Eric fit us in quickly and worked with me when I had a schedule change. We had six rooms cleaned, one hallway, one set of stairs, and several rugs. He did a great job and pointed out some areas of concern for other carpet needs (e.g. rippling, loose carpet). Super friendly. Highly recommend.
