RecommendedI was looking at a truck to buy at Subaru in Billings and wanted a second opinion on the condition. 1-Stop Automotive did a excellent job. They took pictures full detail of the entire truck. If your looking at a used vehicle have 1-Stop Automotive look at it first. It’s well worth the 85.00. I love one stop automotive! I have been a customer for a couple years now and Eric is very easy to work with, the two times I’ve had issues with my cars they fixed it and I never had an issue again! They do a good job and are very easy to work it!
I brought a car in primarily for an oil leak that was recently serviced by these folks, among other repairs. The oil leak issue did not get fully resolved and they would not grant a free repair. Which is fine, that is their policy. But I decided to have it looked at by another repair shop, so I canceled my appointment with Eric, who then very abruptly hung up on me in frustration. That is what I'm upset with. Do not hang up on a customer!
Most honest shop in town! Erik knows how to take care of his customers!
The only place I take my jeep. Erik is very knowledgeable, and gets it done quick.
