Absolutely outstanding service! Lifesavers for an out-of-state traveler! I cannot recommend this auto repair shop enough! My car broke down on the highway while traveling far from home on a journey, and I was in a tough spot. When I called, the owner and their team went above and beyond and service I've ever experienced. Best of the best! My lady’s 2014 Vehicle gave us a few hiccups recently & every time “1stop Auto Shop” was there to save the day! I can’t thank them enough! From the diagnostic, to making sure me and my lady were fine in the waiting area, to actually showing and explaining everything that went wrong and what’s next in the repair process! Jason does excellent work. He’s thorough and careful to make sure the issues are resolved and the car is safe. I bought a refurbished car of Jason’s for my son and I don’t trust any mechanic more than I do Jason. Crystal (receptionist) is about as friendly and INFORMATIVE and helpful as anyone I’ve ever met at a garage and she’s knowledgeable on top of it!! I drive in from Chicago area to have them work on our cars - they’re that good. Finally, they’re extremely reasonably priced and fair.

I take my family to michigan city for the first time and we had a little problem with my wifes vehicle not starting when we came out of a place after family lunch. I called a few mechanic places and seem like they dont want to help and some not very kind. I called 1 stop auto shop and the lady answered the phone Christal was very kind and professional and seemed to care for our situation a lot. My car broke down on the expressway while it was just me and my 1 year old daughter. This place has the sweetest couple owners. Crystal (I’m not sure of the spelling) was so nice and welcoming. She checked on me and my daughter while we waited on the tow to make sure we were picked up and on the way. They immediately checked the car when we arrived.
