This is my second one star review in 60 days. These people have left me without ac in the middle of 90+ degree weather. The ac randomly went out recently so they called DAYCOOL heating and air, and the technician came out and told them the issue is the drain line. Since the issue is the drain line, they are telling me it’s my fault because as a tenant I’m supposed to maintain the ac unit. The thing is, as a tenant, all you’re suppose to do to “maintain the ac unit” is change your air filter every month, pour hot water, or bl... read more

The staff was wonderful addressed all concern's the application process was easy.
I thought long and hard about posting this review because I don’t like to post negative reviews but I would not rent from this company. Their application process is all online and NOT user friendly, also their application process is very expensive per person, even families! The staff is rude and unfriendly, very flippant and sarcastic. I took off from work and made a special trip to their office to inquire about a house and get help with the application process.
