We had low water pressure for years & could not figure out the problem, and had thought it was the water heater. We'd even called the City of Austin on several occasions. Ultimately, found Tim!! He came in for a diagnostic, and patiently listened to all the details & checked a few faucets, showerheads & started eliminating possible causes one by one. I found a leak outside my house and called Tim Stevens. He arranged his schedule to come at the earliest possible time and had my house back up and plumbing in a few hours. Very professional, and a great communicator.
Tim Stevens has performed a lot of work on our home so this is a long review! The short story: Tim is wonderful and you can trust him with any plumbing needs that you have.
