incompetent, worthless, stupid from the quality of their work they should be shot
How are you going to work on someone's bike and do a job like that with the rebar and chain links? That's someone's life. I hope you lose your business and everything you have.
Dad took his bike in for some electrical work. They kept it two months and proceeded to royally f it up. Called my dad up and said he can come get it because it won't start and refused to work on it. Charged him and ended up having to tow it out. I, at 16 years old, rewired the whole thing myself. They get a good one finger salute every time we pass by.
