We purchased a boat through this group. This was a long distance sale and the boat needed some maintenance, such as resurfacing the wood, reupholstery etc. They agreed to service the boat and do a list of maintenance to the boat, including reupholstering the entire boat. It took weeks and weeks to get any answer regarding samples for the upholstery. They would promise us to get things done, to ship samples, and then never get back to us.
