I went to get my eyebrows waxed and a small Chinese lady attended me. As she was waxing my eyebrows she kept pulling the strip very harshly and ripped many pieces of my brows with so much force as if she was purposely trying to hurt me. Not to mention, I did not go in to get my upper lip waxed and she plucked the corner of my lip with the tweezers and it felt to me as if it was done on purpose to hurt me?? Tony was very unprofessional and I left with pain and irritation on both my nails and feet. I called ahead to ask if they could do a silver metallic chrome look, and I was told yes. I was handed a large box of nail colors, and told to just pick one. I explained that I wasn’t fully sure how the effect I wanted was achieved, but I still tried my best to choose an appropriate option.
