Use the car wash, tapped and used the full time allotment so the first $20 charge was understandable. Needed to rinse more so I tapped again, was charged the full $20, used 5 mins worth of the pre authorized charge, was NEVER refunded any amount of money and was charged the full $20, despite not using the full time or further selections on the wash dial.
