I put this review up earlier and took it down due to them telling me they would refund me $20 to fix the problem but then I got an unprofessional message in my inbox from the company about it so I’m gonna put it here where it belongs and leave it here. They charged me $50 for 12 “large” crabs. This is what I got. 12 of these....for $50. Save your money.
I wasn’t going to leave a review but now I feel the need to because my wife left a bad review of them ripping us off. They agreed to give her $20 back so she took down the bad review. An hour later, they are messaging her about her leaving a review after they told her they would give her money back but let’s be honest, this should have never happened in the first place. They were med/large crabs and were what med/large crabs are and yes after we tried to be reasonable with you your wife were was still being aggresive towards us we are very happy with you guys going somewhere else. You keep posting a lie. We did not have large males at all today.
I just called and the young lady that answered the phone just hung up on me before I could even say anything!!! How rude?! smh Skipjacks it is...
I called and placed my order for a 5:30 pick up time. And they told me to show up at 5:25 because there is usually a line around closing time. I arrived at 5:09 and paid for my order and was told someone would bring it to my car. By 6 o’clock I still didn’t receive my order because they gave my order to the wrong car!!!!!! I asked to speak to a manager and nothing was done about it. Never again!
