DO NOT GO TO THIS PROVIDER. This was one of the worse experiences we have ever had. They will not take responsibility for any of there issues. We agreed our transformation from our bathtub to stand up shower was in the statement of work and ALL FIXTURES ( i have the SOW that states this), but not a bathtub fixture? This was in the SOW, they forgot to install a shower sprout, and said the sprout is not a shower fixture.... umm in what world? It's a part of the shower, where do you think that is justified? Spent $10,000 on a new subway tile shower install from scratch 2 years ago. Install was problematic but issues got resolved. Since the grout is falling out, tiles cracking, and zero customer service response asking for them to come out and take a look. 5+ phone calls to them over the last 8 weeks all answered and told me they would call me back. Never did. Multiple emails to Faith and no answer. Terrible customer service and support and no warranty once the money has been paid. Do no recommend this company.
