Nice people and very helpfull
I recently stopped by #1 Cochran Nissan Monroeville for service. My new 2025 Rogue is beautiful! I was greeted by Chris Reichel in the service department. Chris checked my radio to see why it wasn’t working. He did a hard reset & got it working within minutes! Chris is ALWAYS so friendly & knowledgeable & ready to help me every time I stop by the dealership! Thank you Nissan & Chris for your excellent service.
This review is for the parts department of Nissan of Monroeville. Was having problems finding the part for my vehicle. Called the parts department at the Nissan dealership in Monroeville and spoke with a guy by the name of Brian. Told him my problem and asked if he could call my mechanic. He agreed, he went up and above of what he was expected to do to help me get the part that I needed for my vehicle! We definitely need more Brians in the world! Thank you so much for your help!
