Horrible! I dropped my car off a day before. There was a recall in my engine, got a oil change which according to Nissan was complimentary and inspection. Went to pick up my vehicle. Car was still dirty. They tried to over charge me charging me for the oil change. Had to show proof via email that was sent to me from Nissan. Was told that I needed a filter. I recently stopped by #1 Cochran Nissan Monroeville for service. My new 2025 Rogue is beautiful! I was greeted by Chris Reichel in the service department. Chris checked my radio to see why it wasn’t working. He did a hard reset & got it working within minutes! Chris is ALWAYS so friendly & knowledgeable & ready to help me every time I stop by the dealership! Thank you Nissan & Chris for your excellent service.
