Had to pick up a part here & the parts department was very helpful. However when I entered the service department there were two ladies sitting at the end of the counter that saw me enter the area, even looked up at me twice but never spoke. Not a hello, we'll be with you in a moment, nothing. I had to figure out myself where the parts department was & I was actually going to inquire about the black Armada sitting outside but their attitude changed that for me.
Service was excellent! All employees were knowledgeable and cheerful. Work done was professional and timely

Horrible! I dropped my car off a day before. There was a recall in my engine, got a oil change which according to Nissan was complimentary and inspection. Went to pick up my vehicle. Car was still dirty. They tried to over charge me charging me for the oil change. Had to show proof via email that was sent to me from Nissan. Was told that I needed a filter. I asked if it was where I could get to it. Was told it was in the engine and would be hard to get to. After the fact learning I could have changed it myself orca family me... read more
