Had engine work. Shortly after the repair I started noticing I was loosing coolant. First time I noticed I thought ok maybe it’s just an air pocket. Topped it off. Following week checked again saw was loosing again. Filled it again and called to make an appt to have it looked at. Now I could have just gone to my mechanic but I’m a firm believer in going back to the place that did the repair and give them a chance to see what’s going on and make it right. Bought a used 2020 Kia Sorento within 72 hrs of owning the car I was having issues starting it, it was an on and off problem. Had the battery tested it comes back good. Call butler Cochran about it and they send me to Robinson Kia where they want 200 dollars just to look at though I just bought it. On top of all that 2 days before my appointment the oil lights coming on now.

Charged us $200 for diagnostic fee claiming the obvious drive-train issue was the brakes. But also told us the brakes are fine and not even at the point where they would recommend changing them. What bothers me most is they told my wife that its okay to drive the car with my kids. Had to take it to a different kia that knows more than how to change oil.
