Terrible service, very rude, and no respect for time
Service with genuine Kia parts. Technicians will explain to you what needs done and why. Vehicle runs well after servicing. The only con though is, total cost of ownership of (cars) has risen quinn fold.
This place is an absolute disgrace. I don’t use that word lightly. I had to intervene when a family member’s car was dropped off for a scheduled appointment — only to sit completely untouched for nearly a week. Every day, we were told diagnostics were “in progress,” and that they couldn’t provide any updates until they were done. That turned out to be a lie. They never even looked at the car.
