Charged us $200 for diagnostic fee claiming the obvious drive-train issue was the brakes. But also told us the brakes are fine and not even at the point where they would recommend changing them. What bothers me most is they told my wife that its okay to drive the car with my kids. Had to take it to a different kia that knows more than how to change oil.
* 0 Star * Nick the Manager, did not return calls or emails. Original concern was not repaired after months of having car in/out. Other service writers refused to talk to me about this concern. Reached out to cochran "corporate" just to have Nick call me, to which he stated he did have any voicemails or emails from me, but assured me his voicemail and inbox are working... so he chose not to reach out to me. Told me the other writers did not tell him i stopped in asking for him on several occasions. We traded the car in elsew... read more

Terrible service, very rude, and no respect for time
Service with genuine Kia parts. Technicians will explain to you what needs done and why. Vehicle runs well after servicing. The only con though is, total cost of ownership of (cars) has risen quinn fold.
