Very disappointing experience at #1 Cochran South Hills I’ve been to #1 Cochran South Hills several times in the past, so I was especially disappointed by this experience. It started off fine. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was greeted by Ryan, who I understand is a newer employee. During check-in, I was told they likely wouldn’t be able to get through everything because of the oil change and other service items. If there was a ZERO, that would be my review. We've had 3 opportunities to deal with JAMES NGUYEN and he is by far the worst person to be working in a service capacity! He doesn't listen to instructions, makes calls to numbers that he's asked NOT TO CALL and not calling the ALTERNATE NUMBER he's been given all three times, even on the day, after given the CORRECT number to call. We used to go to Mike Camlin in Greensburg and their service was 10-STARS! Definitely will have service done elsewhere in the area!

South Hills Cochran Hyundai service does a great job. Recently I went in and when the service was finished I was sent a clear video of the service performed. Like I was in the service area seeing what was done. Greg the service manager is very nice, professional and helpful!
