South Hills Cochran Hyundai service does a great job. Recently I went in and when the service was finished I was sent a clear video of the service performed. Like I was in the service area seeing what was done. Greg the service manager is very nice, professional and helpful!
Leasing a car from here and it’s having a lot of issues and I haven’t been able to start it for weeks. No one is answering the phone or emails. I went down there on public transit after a few days of no response and they told me they don’t have any loaner cars and that they can get me in in two months. Unacceptable. Thanks for helping me decide to try a different car manufacturer when this lease is up.
Among so many, and the reputation you have as a dealer, you completely lose it in customer service, the worst to date.
