I went through 1 click for my heat pumps, I would highly recommend this company! They were very professional and always available for questions. I spoke mostly with Brandon Fenech. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and always returned my calls very quickly. I am so happy with my heat pumps and with the professionalism of this company! Very impressed with Total Energy/One Click. I had contacted three heat pump installers in the Stephenville area and not one showed up to give an estimate. It was the best experience. Right from the first phone call to all the follow up calls. Brandon was on top of everything. All we had to do was sign and be home for the guys to do the work.
