5 stars for the demo/rebuild crew we’ve had. Chris, Zack and Casey have provided great service, perhaps the greatest. It’s been an honor to have them disassemble my kitchen with such care and unrivaled expertise. (Review will be updated after project completion, but demo crew has been great)
The guys from 1800 Water Damage were absolutely great to work with! Zach, Brett & Gus were all hard workers not wasting any time. They were great to let me know ahead of time when they were coming and what they were doing each day. They also let me know each day that they weren't going to be here so that I wasn't left wondering. The fact that Scott is the mediator with the insurance company took so much stress off of us. Thank you all so much!
I’D GIVE YOU GUYS MORE STARS IF I COULD! We had a toilet overflow on a Saturday morning and these guys (Scott, Gus, Brett, Zach and Tim) came right out and started assessing the damage. They were careful to protect the rest of my house, helped me move stuff, and made sure to keep the messes contained because my child has asthma. They came back daily to check the moisture in the affected areas until it was completely dry. I highly recommend 1-800 Water Damage of Athens/Gwinnett!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business! They came to my elderly parents’ aid following Hurricane Milton. They took over and really went above and beyond for them. They were honest, reliable and their work was way above par.
