This is the worst experience ever. They refuse to do what they say. I would not recommend this company to any one at any time for any reason. I have been trying to get my belongings for 6 months. Tried GIVING them money for 6 months. This has been the worst moving experience of my life. The most stressful and I still do not have my belongings.
The loder is so slow they're 3 truck waiting for loading
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. We gave them very clear and reasonable instructions. Where to place the storage unit. What side we need the doors on, etc. The driver Jamie decided he didn't feel like swapping the doors to the cab so he made up an excuse. Parked the entire unit on the grass when instructed to have it on the driveway. Killed the grass. During delivery, the container was damaged due to driver error. Doesn’t even deserve a single star. The WORST company to do business with!!! I ordered a 16ft container and the driver (Jamie) brought me one which was already damaged. He then tried to fix it by taping the side of it shut. Not to mention he placed it in the wrong spot with the doors facing in the incorrect direction. Oh and he was a total CREEP! We moved from CA to RI, the pod took 4 weeks to get there. Could never get on the phone with anyone about an ETA estimate. They canceled our delivery day (Friday) and we didnt even know until we called them. Then told us Saturday morning an hour before delivery we needed a permit to drop the pod off because it "couldn't fit in the driveway". Which is surprising because we have a pretty wide/long driveway for a residential drop off. City is closed for permits on the weekend so we can't even get our pod. Overall an absolutely ... read more
