I like it so far do your due diligence and check them both out. If they both have something to offer. I like the fact that they give you. The only lock and key it comes new in a sealed package
Just beware. All over their website they claim to work on your schedule and talk about how fast they can help you. Only mention needing 7-10 days if you are doing a long distance move. Called and asked for them to pick up our empty unit from our house and they say they can't come for 10 days... my house closes in 3 days and I need this off our property or the sale is likely going to fall through or buyer will ask for significant money back.. they say they can only put us on a wait list with our local warehouse and no other o... read more
Beware of this company- if a complaint is posted, they will have an apology written beneath it promptly but it means NOTHING!! I got the container and the day before the move to my new house- they called to say they would not have enough room to drop off container- what? In a 4 car driveway!!! Bigger space than when it was dropped off!! They said to call town to let them park it on street- town did not understand why but the allowed it- oh wait!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! BEWARE!!! Save yourself the money and headache! We had a horrible experience- 1 800 PACK-RAT notified me last minute that I was no longer on their "pick up log" for the next day... and they left me high and dry! Then, they told me that it would be two weeks later--- I had scheduled the original pick up a month prior!!! They made the ridiculous excuse that the driveway for final drop off was too small, but THE DROP OFF DRIVEWAY WAS BIGGER THAN THE PICK UP DRIVEWAY!!! Their customer service is HORRI... read more
I got here at 10 pm and slept like baby in their yard until 7 am , No worries about here, nice people!
