Our delivery driver, Lynn, was awesome. He was courteous, helpful and professional. He guided us in choosing the right placement, placed it exactly where he said it would go, and was very efficient. The pod was freshly painted and clean inside. This is our first time renting a pod and we are not disappointed in choosing PacRat.
Drivers were great! The big selling point that was made was how they stand out from other company’s was the fact that their containers had swing open barn type doors! This was a big selling point to us! So we were very frustrated when we were delivered a unit with a roll up door. Driver said it could be swapped out but we needed to start loading asap! The delivery drivers, Paul & Rolando, were on time, courteous, detailed in positioning the container on my driveway, and thorough with information about the unit. In short, professional!!
