Packrat was fantastic to work with for my long-distance move from Boston to Chicago. Rich from the Bartlett, IL location bent over backwards to make my container available to me to empty and was a pleasure to deal with. He understood my time constraints and even though the location had just closed, had a person on site put my container outside. Such a relief to have all of my things home and know that there are still people out there willing to go above and beyond. Thank you, Rich!

Representative called to ask if they could deliver 1 day early, no extra charge. I said yes. Delivered time window given. The drivers name was Martin E. I cannot say enough about how accommodating he is. He took his time making sure container was exactly where I wanted it and leveled. I was unsure about placment and Martin made suggestions that would make the move easiest. Please give this guy a raise. The attention and concern given to the customer is A1.
