These guys are awesome! Reliable for sure and super helpful. Our driver Paul was great! He explained how to use the POD, super friendly, and told us who to call to pickup our POD. I recommend this place than an other place. Thank you guys for the best service!
The Chicago-based 1800packrat was seriously a pleasure to work with. We ended up needing 6 containers. Rich the logistics guy was extremely responsive, very flexible to our needs, and made every date we needed work. Ken the delivery guy was considerate, a great communicator, able to drop containers exactly where needed, and I felt that he genuinely cared about taking good care of the contents. The driver that delivered the pod, Lynn, was very helpful and made it very easy by running the automated lift on the back of the truck to help us access the pod and move items with ease.
Paul was a very professional delivery man. We discussed where to put the pod on my driveway and he did exactly as I asked. We used the pod for construction, to store our furniture while redoing our floors. I definitely would use Pack Rat services again. Thank you. 😊
