Great customer service and communication
The reason for my 3-star rating is because of how hard they make it to speak to someone. I have had two transactions in the past 60 days. First order when I DID use Packrat for my daughter's move, we had to change a date. The online site would not allow the change. I had to call and I waited over a half hour to speak to someone but had to drop for work meeting. I called again and also a very long hold time. I have had a phenomenal experience using 1800packrat. Moved from Texas to Illinois. They took care of us and made this move so easy! I never had any problems getting in contact with them over the phone and they answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. Moving is hard and stressful for everyone (especially out of state) but this company made our move so easy. Thanks!
