Second time using this service and Paul is wonderful with delivery!
Do not use this company! Horrible experience. Scheduled our drop off date 3 weeks in advance. Received emails confirming. Took off work. They just rescheduled it at the warehouse without informing us for two days later, after the weekend we took off. Had nowhere to sleep for two days. Called 10 times over the course of the day. They just kept transferring us and saying that nobody was picking up at the warehouse even though they were open until 10 that night. Just picked up so halfway done and everything about this service has been exceptional so far! Will update after delivery. UPDATE: the second half of the move did not go quite as smoothly. First, the bill was significantly higher than our agreement for two reasons: they neglected to honor the price agreed to, and they charged a fee around $400-500 for a change in fuel costs.
